Finite Rate of Innovation Signals: Quantization Analysis with Resistor-Capacitor Acquisition Filter

چکیده
Sampling and perfect reconstruction of Finite rate of innovation (FRI) signals, which are usually not bandlimited, was introduced by Vetterli, Marziliano, and Blu [1]. A typical FRI reconstruction algorithm requires solving for FRI signal parameters from a power-sum series. This in turn requires annihilation filters and polynomial root-finding techniques. These steps complicate the analysis of FRI signal reconstruction in the presence of quantization. In this work, we introduce a three-channel resistor-capacitor filter bank for the acquisition and reconstruction of FRI signals consisting of stream of Diracs and nonuniform splines. The effect of quantization error is derived for our three-channel filter-bank scheme. However, the sampling-rate required for our scheme is larger than the minimum samplingrate of FRI signals.

A voltage-mode high input impedance first-order allpass, highpass and lowpass filters using two differential voltage current conveyors (DVCCs), one grounded capacitor and one grounded resistor is presented. The allpass, highpass and lowpass allpass signals can be obtained simultaneously from the circuit configuration. The suggested filter uses a canonical number of passive components without re...

A two stage sub-µW Inverter-based switched-capacitor amplifier-filter is presented which is capable of amplifying both spikes and local field potentials (LFP) signals. Here we employ a switched capacitor technique for frequency tuning and reducing of 1/f noise of two stages. The reduction of power consumption is very necessary for neural recording devices however, in switched capacitor (SC) cir...
متن کاملA Tracking PLL with an FIR Loop Filter
To stabilize the feedback loop of a PLL a lead-lag filter is used, implemented by driving the charge-pump current to a series resistor capacitor network [1]. While many designs have created the needed resistor using the resistance of an amplifier [2], and even made this resistor track the operating frequency [3], all these loops suffer from periodic noise on the control voltage caused by the sm...
متن کاملMF8 4th-Order Switched Capacitor Bandpass Filter
The MF8 consists of two second-order bandpass filter stages and an inverting operational amplifier. The two filter stages are identical and may be used as two tracking second-order bandpass filters, or cascaded to form a single fourth-order bandpass filter. The center frequency is controlled by an external clock for optimal accuracy, and may be set anywhere between 0.1 Hz and 20 kHz. The ratio ...

The vulnerability of civil GPS receiver to interference may be intentional or unintentional. Among all types of interference, replay attack intended as the most dangerous intentional one. The signal structure of replay attack is almost the same with the satellite signal. The interference effects can be reduce with the design of an appropriate filter in the receiver. This paper presents two meth...
